The Luna Bakery started operations in the spring of 2009 with the goal to make healthy breads with local ingredients for the Gunnison Valley at an affordable price.
Since opening we have worked hard to achieve this goal and will continue to work on ways to expand selection and affordability while making our breads from the highest quality, local ingredients.
The Luna Bakery is owned and operated by Deven and Sean Bennett. We look forward to the future of supplying healthy breads and we are ever so grateful for the continuing support we receive from customers and restaurants.

Our goal is to provide artisan breads using ingredients from local farmers in Colorado to sustainably make healthy breads. We use organic flours and ingredients from Paonia, Colorado farmers in our compound breads and whole wheat pastries. Every morning before the sun rises we are hard at work making healthy, fresh breads to deliver to local restaurants and grocers. We take pride and passion in our work, loving what we do and sharing it with others.
